SALES EXECUTIVE
We seek a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive growth in our fast-paced company.
Metavurx Studios is an Animation and Game Development studio dedicated to pushing the boundaries of creativity, fostering innovation, and setting new benchmarks of excellence, especially within the AAA game production and entertainment industry.
We're looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth. A huge part of this role will be fostering client relationships and creating strategies to help the company achieve its goals.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through comprehensive market research and analysis.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and enhance revenue.
- Build a robust sales pipeline by engaging in proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and actively participate in trade shows or industry events.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients' logistics requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations to showcase company capabilities and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve customer satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Generation
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing and closing opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure profitable deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.
Relationship Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Foster positive working relationships with overseas agents and partners to enhance service capabilities and expand market reach.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and international trade practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
- Familiarity with sales software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
